I know that sounds somewhat trite, but it is true nonetheless. I started on this journey several years ago and I have been going full force ever since learning as much as I can on a variety of healing modalities.

Having grown up in a loving and supportive family, I know how important it is to be supported and loved. Love is the most, and indeed the only, thing that matters in our lives. It is this, my love, that I wish to share with you.

I had always worked in the "traditional" marketplace, first as a stay-at-home-mom, then in the School Board and lastly I shared a thriving Personal Chef business with my eldest daughter. I learned much from working with our clients, and their doctors and nutritionists. Being healthy from the inside. I use my expertise in providing consultations and help with health coaching.

It wasn’t until a family crisis that my daughters and I realized that we needed so much more: healing the emotional and spiritual layers as well. They introduced me to Reiki and we started to study. My daughters and I have continued our spiritual growth, with each of us branching in different directions, but still sharing the same essential journey. It means so much to me to able to grow with my children. And thank goodness for their father, my husband, for his strength and support as we turned our lives completely around!

In my fundamental belief that it is important to "give back" for the blessings in my life, I believe that it is just as important to heal Mother Earth and the rest of her inhabitants. I use earth friendly products at home as much as possible and have come to realize that it isn’t only the products and recycling that is needed, but we humans can change the vibration of negativity that our thoughts produce to that of one of love. So, as a Company Going Green so to speak, I regularly perform a combination Reiki and IET® healing for the earth in which I send healing Reiki and IET® energies to the earth in general. In some instances I am guided to concentrate on specific areas of the earth that need more attention at that time. We can all do so much working together.

Ultimately, my singular desire is to serve both my global and local communities. In this regard, I have in the past volunteered twice weekly with hospitalized cancer patients and worked extensively with end stage hospice patients and their families and loved ones. It’s truly an honor that I offer, when I am able, a measure of peace and reassurance, and again my love to those in need.
