What is Reiki?
Reiki is a 2500 year old healing method that was developed by the Tibetan Monks. It is a technique for natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy. Anyone and everything can benefit from healing and peacefulness of Reiki energy!
Reiki is:
- The most gentle of all healing techniques
- Simple to perform, but when the energy begins to flow, Reiki is said to be the most powerful of all healing modalities.
- Beneficial for enhancing all areas of life where greater levels of peace, healing, compassion and unconditional love are desired.
- Can be sent over distances to help those who are far away.
What Does a Reiki Session Feel like?
Reiki creates feelings of calmness, relaxation, peace, security and wellbeing. Some people may feel Reiki treatments as glowing warmth, some may feel energy flowing, and some may feel nothing at all. However, feeling nothing does not mean that the Reiki energy is not flowing! Reiki energy always goes where it needs to go.
